The importance of your order arriving in good condition is a priority to us. We ask that you nominate your shipping priority through the shopping cart to match your urgency level. Online orders are dispatched through Australia Post. Australia Post offer a choice of services with prices displayed based your order weight, size and destination within Australia.

While we prepare goods for handling by Australia Post, we are not responsible for their processes.
Tracking numbers are supplied promptly when enabled via your Australia Post selection.

Please be certain to nominate a valid shipping address, double check you supply us correct shipping details.

Receiving Your Order

Please take appropriate measures to receive your goods successfully, this is your responsibility.

Second Delivery If Order Not Received

When Post Office collection is required - A two week maximum time is allocated prior to Australia Post returning your order to sender (Udesignit). If this has occured to you a Second Delivery will be required. The cost of such will be yours the customer to pay. We want your order in your hands first time right, please collect your order from your Post Office promptly when notified.

Other Options for Collection of Dispatch of your goods

1. Elect to pickup from our Udesignit Online Kings Park, NSW address.

2. Request to have your own courier collect your goods from our store. Select Pickup from Udesignit store and make a special note requesting box weights and sizes for your carrier. We also ask for you to create shipping label information for us to print and place onto your cartons when this request has been made.

What if something goes wrong?

udesignit does takes measures to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, however damages occur sometimes. In the first instance you discover dammaged items through shipping we request you:

1. Contact us by email sales@udesignit.com.au detailing the damage.

2. Take a digital picture of the damage for shipping insurance and for any claims against the courier.

Do not dispose the item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping.). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will request information about the delivery and submit your supplied information to the carrier.

If shipping insurance was taken out during the process of making the order, then replacement of damaged items during shipping can be claimed against the carrier. Timeframes and authorisations of payouts can only be discussed with the carrier.
